Inspect, Report & Setup
A technician attends site to carry out a full damage assessment, including moisture readings and a formal report. All equipment is selected, delivered, and installed by licensed and insured professionals, ensuring correct positioning and effective drying.
Call & Quote
Speak to an expert technician, get immediate guidance, and receive a fast, accurate quote. Equipment is prepared and dispatched quickly, with delivery typically within 2 hours depending on location.
Collection & Final Report
Once drying is complete, we return to collect the equipment, carry out final moisture checks, and provide a completion report confirming the property is dry and safe.

Following a ground floor flood, the property required rapid drying to prevent long-term damage to flooring and walls. Instead of deploying a single oversized unit, we installed a balanced drying system using LGR dehumidifiers and targeted airflow. Moisture levels were monitored throughout, allowing adjustments as the structure dried.
Commercial Unit Drying, Operations Maintained
Site remained operational throughout, with drying completed safely and efficiently.
A commercial space required drying after water ingress, but downtime wasn’t an option. We designed a phased drying system to work alongside daily operations, using low-noise equipment and controlled airflow.
